Jerry Hawkes

Jerry brings a wealth of experience in construction management, real estate development, and project delivery. He is intensely focused on empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential. In his current role as VP of Recruitment and Training, Jerry leads with a threefold mission: identifying and recruiting top-tier talent, providing effective training, and developing structured programs that enable team members to grow and operate more efficiently within their roles. His work is essential to JPI’s ability to standardize and uphold the highest quality standards across all projects.

In addition to his technical expertise, Jerry is known for his collaborative leadership style—building strong, trusted relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues while navigating the multifaceted challenges of multifamily development with determination and grace.

Outside of work, Jerry enjoys life with his wife Melissa, his high school sweetheart, and their two children. He values time with family, staying active, and exploring the outdoors, often venturing to the ends of the earth in search of new adventures.
