Missy Hubbell

Missy stumbled into the field of human resources, but with her passion for serving associates and their loved ones, she immediately knew it was the right place for her.

As JPI’s Chief People Officer, Missy develops and drives our “People-First” strategy, attracting, growing, and retaining the best people in the markets we serve. She heads people operations, leadership development, corporate communications, public relations, rewards/recognition, and associate engagement initiatives that align and support JPI’s culture and tradition. She serves as both a member and advisor to JPI’s executive leadership team.

Missy brings over 25 years of strategic leadership experience in organizational health, leadership development, human resources, and operations management in the real estate development, construction, financial services, consumer products, and hospitality industries.

Before joining JPI, Missy partnered with JPI’s leaders for more than five years as a consultant, developing and executing strategic organization design and talent management initiatives with a focus on growth and development. Highlights of her previous experience include serving as Chief Operating Officer of the Americas region for Hudson Advisors, and in executive positions at GMAC ResCap and Coca-Cola Enterprises.

Missy received her MBA in Organization Development from the University of Dallas, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from The University of the South.

Away from the office, Missy enjoys a good round of golf, and serving as the Treasurer for Play for PINK’s annual charity golf event. She is deeply involved in her community, having served on several boards, and is a lifelong member of Good Shepherd Episcopal Church in Dallas where she serves as a Sunday school teacher. She delights in spending time with her twin boys and traveling with her husband, Walter.
