Al Palamara

After seven years as a lender, Al decided he was better suited to work in a more entrepreneurial environment on something more tangible and creative. This led him to his first job in real estate working with JLL, where he spent the next ten years leasing, managing, and repositioning high-rise office buildings.

As Vice President of Asset Management, Al leads the Central Region’s asset management team to provide performance analysis, strategic direction, and hold/sell recommendations for JPI’s properties.

Al has over 32 years of real estate experience, including over 22 years of asset management experience with institutional, publicly held, and private equity investment groups. Before joining JPI, he was Executive Director and Region Head for Multifamily Asset Management at UBS Realty Investors LLC.

Al earned both a BA and MBA from Baylor University.

When not at work, Al enjoys reading, riding his road bike, and fly fishing.
