Regional Vice President and Construction Manager
Clint is responsible for the construction process from inception, final design, final budget, contract negotiation, construction operation, owner’s acceptance, and warranty services of all projects in the region. He started his career with JPI in 1994, upon graduating from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Clint holds a degree in Construction Management and has 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. The majority of his tenure has been in the multi-family industry, building both luxury and student housing products across the country. He has been involved in 15 different projects, in 5 different states. Clint has held various management positions in his multi-family career and elsewhere, including Director of Operations for a national retaining wall company and the owner of his own custom home building company.
